My insatiable passion for the jewellery industry was born the first time I set foot behind a jewellery counter. After closing my first diamond sale within a small family owned business in Sydney, I was hooked and began to carve a career which has since taken me across the globe.

Embracing an education mindset, I have trained sales teams and mentored retail leaders in Australia, New Zealand, USA, South East Asia, Hong Kong and China and worked for the likes of exclusive diamond brand Hearts On Fire, and Tiffany & Co.

Now, with almost two decades of industry knowledge and demand for my diverse experience, I have created my own jewellery specific training business to help retailers consistently sell more, sell higher value and build repeat business. My goal is to always deliver exciting, results driven trainings, focused on actionable sales tactics, storytelling and elevating the client experience.
